Delays may occur due to weather conditions. Further, if there is heavy rainfall at any of the locations for camp, the trek leader may decide to lead the trek back to the previous point or any other point for the night camp.
Any person with health conditions like Asthma, etc are advised not to go for this expedition. However, if they so decide, it is at their own risk.

The Triund trek will take at best four hours to complete and though quite a few manage to do it within two hours. The trail itself isn't too gruelling, even for the unseasoned trekker.
It is a one-day trek, and the difficulty level is considered to be easy to medium. The Triund trek has undulating and steep paths and well-defined trails that traverse through the forests of oak trees and green rhododendron.
The best part about Triund trek is it can easily be done solo due to its well defined route. The relatively easy trail and with magnificent views of Dhauladhar ranges on one side and of Kangra valley on another side it becomes an easy introduction to the treks for beginners.
